Welcome to Our Practice

We believe that health care should be personal, accessible and affordable. We listen carefully and keep up with the latest advances in medical knowledge helping you make highly informed decisions about your health. A variety of health issues can arise during your adult life. Our goal is to partner with you to promote your good health.

All We Do Begins With You

A happier, healthier life starts with doctors who put your needs first. Whether you need a routine physical or have a health concern that needs immediate attention, your care should never be put on hold because you can't get in to see the doctor. Our early office hours allow you to get the care you need with minimal interruptions to your life. We don't want you to make unnecessary visits to an emergency room. We also believe in building more personalized relationships with our patients, which means you have more high-quality time with your doctor.

We all age differently.  We work together with you to identify and address your unique medical needs at all stages of your adult life.  The term primary care refers to the kind of medical care you need before you get sick, before you need to see a specialist, and before you need to go to the hospital.  Our focus is on preventive medicine to promote health and wellness and fight disease and chronic illness.

As your primary care providers, we will address your essential health needs by:

  • Focusing on prevention
  • Working closely with you to plan your health
  • Acting as a hub for medical information
  • Coordinating your tests, treatments, specialist visits and hospitalizations
  • Providing plain-spoken guidance, insight and advice

We are specialists in disease management including diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, thyroid disease, asthma, heart disease, high cholesterol and other chronic illnesses.  Osteoporosis prevention and treatment is important to us.

We also provide early and immediate care in acute illnesses like cold, cough, flu, gastroenteritis, urinary tract infection and other day to day ailments.

Women's Health

Women face a special set of health needs.  We'll help you with everything from your periodic Pap test to breast cancer screening and menopause.  And of course we work closely with many of the best OB/GYN specialists in the area.  We provide preventative services and encourage exercise and healthy nutrition to reduce your odds of heart disease.  Weight management is addressed proactively.
